Accepting these terms

Karnex is an AI website-building service managed by Ario Kaveh. By creating an account or using Karnex, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You need an account to create projects. Provide accurate details, keep your password private, and you are responsible for activity on your account. Each account is for one person; creating multiple accounts to collect extra free credits is not allowed.

Credits, plans and payment

Building and revising a site uses credits, and the cost of each action is shown before it starts. Restoring an earlier version is free.

• Every new account receives welcome credits and a free monthly allowance.
• Plans and extra credit packs are sold in Iranian toman through the Zibal payment gateway. Card details are never stored by Karnex.
• Each credit grant has an expiry date shown on the Plan and credits page. Unused credits expire after that date and cannot be transferred to another account.
• If a build does not finish because of a Karnex error, its reserved credits are returned.
• If you paid but your credits were not activated, or you want to request a refund, email support@karnex.ir. Requests are handled in line with consumer protection law.

Your content

The text, files and sites you create with Karnex belong to you. You allow Karnex to store, process and, if you publish it, display that content only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for the content you enter or publish and must have the right to use it.

AI output

Sites are made with the help of AI models and may be wrong, incomplete or similar to other content. Review the result before you publish it. Karnex does not guarantee that output is fit for a particular purpose or free of legal issues.

Acceptable use

Do not use Karnex for:

• Illegal content, fraud, phishing, or impersonating people or brands.
• Hateful, violent or harassing content, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Infringing the copyright, trademarks or privacy of others.
• Trying to bypass limits, access other people’s data, attack the service, or run large-scale automated use without permission.

Suspension and deletion

If these terms are broken, we may refuse requests, stop a published site, or suspend the account. You can ask us at any time to delete your account and data by emailing support@karnex.ir.

Service availability

Karnex is newly launched and improving constantly. We work to keep it reliable, but it may sometimes be unavailable and features may change. Keep your own copy of important site versions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Karnex is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Before taking any other step, please contact us at support@karnex.ir so we can resolve the issue together.

Changes

We may update these terms as Karnex evolves. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use Karnex means you accept it.
